Vortex is a twenty three old Husky that can manipulate Gravity. His partner is named Dusty, who regularly helps him with situations. He is known to work alone, as he wants to get rid of anyone with powers in the world.

Vortex is a relatively thin and lean Siberian Husky of a average height (3"9) for his age (29). He has black fur covering most of his body, with the tips of his ears, his inner ears, muzzle and his hands, chest as well as his eyelids are all white. His fur is rather plush, despite it being rather short for a Husky. His eyes are a dark green colour, contrasting his underside of his tail being a dark green too. His whites of his eyes are black colour. It is also noted he has a scar like marking on his muzzle, it being a green colour.

Vortex wears a long black trenchcoat, with a green marking on the right arm of it, resembling a dragon like marking and he has a small green marking on the back. He wears a black t-shirt under his trenchcoat, which has a X-Shaped green marking engraved on it. He wears a pair of black pants, with a grey belt, as well as a bandolier for holding his ammo for his sniper rifle on over his trenchcoat, which is over his chest. He has his sniper rifle clipped onto the back of his trenchcoat. He also wears a pair of dark grey boots, and a pair of black sunglasses.
